well, the fabulous mr. banksy has made his way into the news again. its wonderful. our artistic styles had a love child and this is how it turned out:

keep austin weird!

so, i visited my brother in Austin, TX this winter. WHAT A COOL CITY. it reminds me of brooklyn with a western twist. the photo of the lightbulbs is one of my favorites--such a "trouvaille" or "lucky find" (Thank you, Roland Barthes). Notice the center of the bulb look like hearts...AW SA-WEET.

so, over christmas break my adventurous friends and i decided to climb a mountain. safe and smart, right? totally. epic? definitely. that was the view. it looks like a painting. beautiful.

well, i have many muses--but lately this young lovely is just so inspiring to me. i just want to take her picture all the time cause i don't know what she will do next...all i know is that it will be fresh and beautiful and something i've never seen.
